Terms of Service

Effective Date: May 1st, 2025

By using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Offered

We provide AI & ML Solutions, Web Design &  Development, Mobile App Development, Backend Solutions, Custom Software Development, eCommerce Solutions, Design & Branding, and Digital Marketing services. All deliverables will be outlined in the signed contract or agreement.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide clear project requirements and assets.

• Approve deliverables within the agreed timelines.

• Maintain communication throughout the project duration.

3. Payments

• 50% upfront payment is required before starting the project.

• Remaining payments are scheduled in milestones or on final delivery.

• All payments are non-transferable.

4. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

• Upon full payment, the client will own all rights to the final approved deliverables, including source code, designs, and content, unless otherwise stated in the contract.

• We sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for each project to ensure client confidentiality and protect sensitive information.

• We may request permission to showcase the completed work in our portfolio or marketing materials. We will only do so upon receiving the client’s written or verbal consent.

5. Termination

• Either party can terminate the project with written notice.

• Refunds (if any) will be subject to our Refund Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
