Refund Policy
Effective Date: May 1st, 2025
At CodeWorx Developers, we are committed to delivering high-quality IT solutions tailored to our clients' business needs. Due to the nature of custom development services, we maintain a transparent and fair refund policy as outlined below:
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable only under the following circumstances:
-
Non-delivery of Service: If a project has not been initiated within 15 business days of payment, and no work has commenced.
-
Project Cancellation Before Work Begins: If the client cancels the project before any development or design work has started, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative and consultation charges.
-
Failure to Deliver as Promised: If we fail to deliver the service as outlined in the mutually agreed scope of work, and all resolution attempts have been exhausted.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
-
Change of Mind: No refunds will be issued if the client simply changes their mind after project initiation.
-
Delays Due to Client: If the project is delayed due to a lack of communication, delayed approvals, or provision of content from the client.
-
Completed or Partially Completed Work: Once any milestone or module is delivered and approved, it becomes non-refundable.
-
Third-Party Services: Payments made to third-party services (e.g., hosting, domains, APIs, licenses) are non-refundable.
3. Refund Process
-
All refund requests must be made in writing to accounts@codeworxdevelopers.com and must clearly state the reason.
-
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
-
CodeWorx Developers reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests at its sole discretion after a thorough review of the case.
4. Dispute Resolution
Before requesting a refund, we encourage clients to contact our support team so we can try to resolve the issue together. Our goal is complete client satisfaction, and we’ll do our best to address any concerns fairly.
