Software engineering for companies in Europe.
European companies work with us on products, integrations and AI features where data protection is a design requirement, not a checkbox. Central European time overlaps most of our working day, and GDPR transfers are settled before any data moves.

What European buyers usually bring us
European projects tend to start with a clear question about data: where it will be processed, who can access it and under which contract. Only then does the conversation move to scope and architecture.
The work itself is familiar: platforms that need to scale, integrations between ERP, CRM and finance, and AI features that must respect permissions and explain their answers.
Our European client work to date has been in Ireland, an EU member state: a resource management platform for an IT services company. We are open about that rather than implying a wider footprint.
Your day, our day.
Islamabad is 3 hours ahead of Central European Time in summer and 4 hours ahead in winter.
| Your time zone | Your hours | Islamabad (PKT, UTC+5) |
|---|---|---|
| Central Europe, summer (CEST) | 9:00 to 17:00 | 12:00 to 20:00 PKT |
| Central Europe, winter (CET) | 9:00 to 17:00 | 13:00 to 21:00 PKT |
| Ireland and Portugal (summer) | 9:00 to 17:00 | 13:00 to 21:00 PKT |
The full European working day falls within hours we can hold live sessions, so reviews and decisions happen the same day.
How an engagement is set up.
No regional office and no surprises: these are the terms buyers here usually ask about first.
Settle data questions first
Processing terms, SCCs and the data our engineers can see are agreed before access is granted, not after a kickoff.
EU hosting where you need it
We choose the cloud provider and region to match your requirements, so production data can stay in the EU.
AI features with a paper trail
For AI work we record the feature's purpose, data, evaluation results and human review steps, which is the kind of record the EU AI Act expects.
Agreed in writing
Scope, milestones and payment terms are fixed in writing before work starts. Your signed contract takes precedence over our standard terms.
- Standard contractual clauses (SCCs)
- The European Commission's model clauses for transferring personal data to countries outside the EEA, adopted in 2021.
- Transfer impact assessment
- The exporter's assessment of whether the destination country's laws allow the SCCs to work in practice.
- EU AI Act
- Regulation (EU) 2024/1689. It entered into force on 1 August 2024 and applies in stages, with obligations depending on the AI system's risk.
- Data residency
- Keeping data stored in a chosen region, such as an EU cloud region, even when engineers work elsewhere.
The rules that shape the build.
These rules shape most European engagements. Your data protection officer sets the policy; we build to it and record how each point is met.
GDPR transfers to Pakistan
Pakistan has no EU adequacy decision, so transfers rely on the standard contractual clauses and a transfer impact assessment.

Applies in stages since entering into force on 1 August 2024. Prohibitions applied from February 2025 and general-purpose AI rules from August 2025, with most other provisions following.

Where we usually help in Europe.
Services, solutions and reading.
Working with CodeWorx from Europe
Can personal data from the EU be processed by a team in Pakistan?
Yes, with a valid transfer mechanism. Pakistan has no EU adequacy decision, so transfers use the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and a transfer impact assessment. Production data can stay in an EU region while our engineers work with minimized or synthetic data.
Does the EU AI Act apply to the AI features you build?
It can, depending on what the system does and how risky it is. It entered into force on 1 August 2024 and applies in stages. We document each AI feature's purpose, data, evaluation and human oversight so your team can assess it.
Where is your European work based?
Our European client work so far has been in Ireland. We have no office in Europe; the engineering team works onsite in Islamabad, Pakistan.
Tell us what needs to change.
A few sentences on the problem is enough. We reply with a clear next step and times that suit your time zone.
- 1We read your brief properly
- 2You speak with people who can discuss the business and the engineering
- 3You get a clear next step: a scoped engagement, a discovery phase or a proposal
