Tell us what needs to change.
You do not need a finished specification. Tell us what you are trying to build, improve or solve and what is getting in the way.
What happens next
We review what you sent and what a useful first conversation needs to cover.
You speak with people who can discuss both the business problem and the engineering.
Depending on the problem: a scoped engagement, a short discovery phase or a proposal.

Fields marked * are required. Plain language is fine.
What to include in your brief.
None of it is required. Each one helps us come back with better questions and a sharper recommendation.
- 01
The outcome
What should be different for the business when this is done?
- 02
Who uses it
Customers, staff, partners, or all three, and roughly how many.
- 03
Systems involved
The software you already run that this needs to work with.
- 04
Constraints
Deadlines, compliance requirements, security policies or legacy limits.
- 05
Budget and timing
A range is enough. It helps us suggest the right way to start.
Choose the size of the first step.
Most engagements start small and grow once the first stage proves itself.
Discovery
A short, fixed-scope phase that ends with a written plan you can use with us or without us.
Defined project
A scoped piece of work with agreed stages, demos and a clear finish line.
Ongoing team
A dedicated team that owns a product or platform roadmap over time.
What you can expect from us.
Plain language first
If we cannot explain why something matters in business terms, we have not understood it yet.
Honest about trade-offs
Every option has a cost. We say what it is before you commit to it.
The same people throughout
The engineers who build your software are the ones who support and improve it.
Decisions in writing
Scope, architecture choices and trade-offs are recorded, so nothing depends on memory.

Start with the problem. We will shape the engineering around it.
Most enquiries are not a feature list. They are a product that needs to grow, a system that has become hard to change, or an operation running on too many tools.
What working with us is like.
“We would highly recommend them to any business looking for top-tier development services.”

Common questions.
Anything else, ask in the form. Plain language is fine.
Do I need a detailed specification first?
No. A description of the problem, the people affected and the systems involved is enough. Shaping the scope is part of the work.
What happens after I send the form?
We read what you sent and reply by email with any questions. Then you speak with people who can discuss both the business problem and the engineering, and we agree a clear next step: a scoped engagement, a short discovery phase or a proposal.
How is work priced?
It depends on how we start. A discovery phase has a fixed scope. A defined project is scoped in writing with stages and milestones. An ongoing team is planned around your roadmap.
Can you work with our existing systems and team?
Yes. Most work is joined to the systems the business already relies on, and we work alongside the people who own them. Your security, data protection and compliance policies apply.
What if I am not sure about budget yet?
Choose “Not sure yet”. A short discovery phase can end with a written plan and scope before you commit to anything larger.
What do you do with my details?
We use them only to respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to marketing lists and we do not share your details.
