Our client, a leading recruitment agency in France, sought to streamline and optimize the hiring process by developing an AI-powered CV Analyzer. The goal was to create a tool that could automatically analyze and assess CVs based on job descriptions, helping recruiters identify top candidates faster and more efficiently. The system would provide accurate, data-driven insights into candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience, reducing manual effort and enhancing the recruitment workflow.

Background:

• Developed a custom AI model to match CVs with job descriptions and rank candidates based on their fit for the role.

User Interface (UI):

• Designed using Tailwind CSS for a modern, responsive, and easy-to-navigate interface that provided recruiters with a clean and intuitive experience.
